Shipping Policy

Q: How long does it take to receive my orders?
A: Following a 2 days processing, most credit card orders are received in 2 to 3 weeks. Transit time is variable and based on the customer’s location. Express shipping is available by calling us with your order number at (502) 331-9759.

Q: Why can’t you ship to PO or APO boxes?
A: Many of our items are large and ship in boxes bigger than the post office will accept for postal boxes.

Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Click HERE to access BAX Global to track your order online. Enter your tracking number in the space provided and click Submit. You can also contact Customer Service by calling (502) 331-9759.

Q: What shipping service do you use?
A: We ship most items with BAX Global. We might also use other freight lines. Lighter products are shipped through the Post Office.

Q: What is my tracking number?

A: Kentucky residents add 6% sales tax.

Q: What if I want to cancel my order after it has shipped?
A: Please contact SafeTec at (503) 331-9759. We will refund the purchase price (price of the X-Deck and tax) less to and from shipping charges. A $99 cancellation fee applies to all cancelled merchandise while in process.
